What I do.

Product Manager (Compliance & AI)RBW Systems, London

I work at RBW Systems, a gaming-technology company. I took a compliance product from first build to 950 live sites, and built the company’s internal operating system with AI coding agents.

I like questions that start with “could we?” Could an agent answer our support questions? Could one system replace paper and memory? I build the smallest thing that finds out, measure it honestly, and keep a person in the loop where it matters.

950 live sites
Guardian Compliance, 35% of the sites in the market.
One system
Atlas brings CRM, support, QBRs and server telemetry into one place.
One agent
An AI agent with custom knowledge bases, multiple models and observability; the Teams version is in development.

RBW Atlas

Internal AI Native company operating system

Problem

RBW ran on paper and memory. Data sat on personal devices, in Excel sheets and in third-party software, with no single source of truth to build on as we grew.

Build

Foundation first, AI second. I built one system for the company’s core functions and data with AI coding agents, then put the AI workflows on top.

Outcome

One system now covers CRM, onboarding, installations and inventory, customer support, QBRs, the employee hub and server telemetry, plus an AI agent with custom knowledge bases, telemetry, multiple models and observability.

Guardian Compliance

A purpose-built compliance solution for the land-based gambling industry. The system handled sensitive personal data, regulatory returns, and compliance requirements for the regulated sector.

950

sites live as of

35%

of the sites in the market

Problem

Operators kept customer records on paper or in legacy systems that weren’t fit for purpose. They needed a quick, affordable way to talk to customers, review behaviour, escalate potential vulnerability and show an audit trail across venues.

Build

I was the end-to-end product manager, shaping it with the trade association and pilot customers as regulation evolved. One customer record spans every venue. It connects to facial recognition, self-exclusion schemes and our machine management system, so gameplay alerts prompt staff to step in on AML, fraud and safer gambling.

Outcome

Unseated the market incumbent’s largest customer, and sub-licensed the solution to the trade body for use across its membership base.

Case study, coming

Delegate the grunt work. Keep the planning and the control.

Everything I build has a point where a person takes over. I work with coding agents the same way: plan first, have the plan reviewed, let agents build, then review what comes back. Amber marks where a person decides.

Building AI products? Let’s compare notes.

I’m always curious what others are trying to find out with AI, and where they put the person in the loop.
